Lena is a Medicine Woman, Transpersonal Psychotherapist & Transformational Speaker, offering the ancient practices of meditation, energy medicine, and psycho-spiritual healing to the modern world. Lena is a global teacher and speaker with areas of expertise including conscious leadership, meditation, energy medicine, longevity, human optimization, plant medicine, shamanism, and ecosystem consciousness, supporting people to embody their highest human potential as they step into their purpose. Lena interweaves her medicine lineages from South America, Central America, and Asia into her ceremonial work, supporting the healing and transformation of humanity and our earth by being an instrument of energetic harmony.
Raised in a hybrid Buddhist/Christian home, Lena was introduced to meditation as a young child and now integrates Eastern philosophy with Western neuroscience in her healing and teaching work. Formally trained with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Social Work, both from The University of Georgia, Lena is dedicated to guiding others on a journey of embodied purpose, presence, and liberated wholeness. Additionally, Lena has studied and trained in Asia, Central America, and South America, weaving her lineages of Mahayana Buddhism, Mopan Maya Ancient Medicine, Q’ero Peruvian Shamanism, and Shipibo Medicine Wisdom into her global work as a speaker and medicine woman.

Rosario Panti is a Mopan Maya Elder and gifted Medicine Woman. She’s the granddaughter of world-renowned Medicine Man, Don Elijio Panti. Rosario carries forth the powerful medicine wisdom of her lineage today as she honors her long line of indigenous wisdom keepers.
Rosario was only seven years old when she began her training as a naturalist healer in her hometown of Calla Creek, Belize. As a Mopan Maya, her parents were celebrated healers who used medicinal plants to cure people. Seekers from around the world came to learn from them in search of remedies for chronic illnesses. Five decades later, Rosario follows in their footsteps, providing spiritual and physical healing to people from all walks of life.
She has traveled the world, offering Divine healing to individuals and groups seeking her wisdom. Rosario offers a masterful array of Divine Healing approaches and techniques, including plant medicines, earth medicines, healing massage, hand readings to diagnose imbalances, kundalini energetics, sacred rituals, sun/moon ceremonies, and cosmic healing.

If you are accepted to attend this immersion, you can:
1) Pay for your package upfront.
2) After your $500 deposit, pay half the remaining balance by February 28, 2025 and the remaining balance on April 1, 2025.

The $500 deposit is non-refundable unless you are not selected for the immersion. In the case that you are not selected, the $500 will be refunded. This highly curated immersion is an intimate container that takes significant time, energy and resources to create. It is important that potential attendees applying for QUINTESSENCE match that level of commitment. There are very limited spots for this sacred experience to ensure the power of this specialized training & mentorship, so when attendees are accepted, your sacred spot is fully reserved. Because there is usually always more interest than there are spots available, these immersions are non-refundable.
